This week, weβre taking a moment to celebrate the real heroes behind the scenes, the volunteers who make Fleetwood Makos not just a club, but a community. 
Did you know? Fleetwood Makos is a completely volunteer-run club! Every session, every gala, every event, it all happens thanks to the time, passion, and teamwork of our amazing volunteers.

Our fantastic coaches β for your dedication, support, and belief in every swimmer. You inspire confidence and resilience both in and out of the pool.
Our brilliant officials β who give up weekends to ensure competitions run smoothly, fairly, and professionally. We see you in those whites, rain or shine! 
Our hardworking committee members β for the countless hours spent behind the scenes keeping the club running, planning, budgeting, organising, and doing it all with heart.
All our parent helpers and event volunteers β whether youβre timekeeping, selling raffle tickets, setting up chairs, or just offering encouragement on the poolside, you are part of what makes Makos magic.
