Once again, Amy and Joe delivered an incredible weekend at our 6th Swim Swift Elite Camp!
Your knowledge, energy, and passion have truly inspired our Makos, helping them push harder, swim faster, and grow stronger!
Here's a quick recap of the jam-packed weekend:

We started bright and early with pool training to get everyone moving.

A workshop on the 5 C's of Sports Psychology—Confidence, Control, Commitment, Communication, and Concentration—gave our swimmers key tools to up their mental game.

The afternoon continued with intense land training to build strength and endurance.

We wrapped up the day with another round of pool training to fine-tune techniques.

A mid-morning pool session challenged our swimmers to push their limits in the water.

After lunch, we dove into a powerful workshop on Performing Under Pressure, giving swimmers the confidence to handle race-day nerves.

We closed the weekend with a final pool session to lock in everything learned.
